Knee pain relief from glucosamine
We conducted a randomized, double-blind study to assess how a glucosamine-containing supplement, which includes quercetin, impacts knee pain. Over 16 weeks, 100 Japanese participants were either given the supplement or a placebo.

While both groups showed some improvement in knee-joint functions, we observed no significant difference overall. However, for individuals with mild-to-severe knee pain, those taking the supplement gained greater knee-extensor strength and improved walking speed by week 16. Thus, quercetin may help enhance movement in selected knee pain cases.

Quercetin shows potential for knee pain
We conducted a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to explore if a dietary supplement combining glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, and quercetin could alleviate knee osteoarthritis symptoms.

Forty participants with symptomatic knee OA were treated over 16 weeks. Results indicated that the group taking the supplement experienced significant improvements in multiple symptoms compared to those on placebo.

Additionally, some indicators of cartilage health showed favorable trends in the participants taking the supplement, suggesting that quercetin may indeed offer help in managing knee pain linked to osteoarthritis.

I have added quercetin to my supplements due to Covid, and I plan to continue using it for its anti-inflammatory properties. This, combined with four other supplements, has significantly reduced my knee pain. I also recommend curcumin and PEA for better results. Initially, I increased my intake before my pain subsided completely. Ensure your diet includes sufficient zinc for its viral protective benefits, but watch your intake to avoid copper depletion and potential hair loss.

Moderate pain relief

I rated this product as very good as I’ve used it only once. I experience knee pain, and I hoped quercetin and bromelain would help with inflammation. After taking it, the pain was moderate; I still feel discomfort, but perhaps with regular use, I’ll notice more benefit. The packaging is decent, with 60 capsules included.

Disappointing results
I bought this product, which was recommended by a friend for arthritis. Although easy to swallow, it did not alleviate my knee pain from fibromyalgia and arthritis, despite taking the whole bottle. I only experienced a burnt rubber smell.

Inflammation reduction
I purchased this as a substitute for serrapeptase due to cost. This product notably reduced my inflammation but was not as effective as serrapeptase for treating my knee pain. After taking half a bottle, I noticed some relief, but I still felt discomfort. I prefer serrapeptase for managing my inflammation effectively.
